The hotel is in an excellent location - 1 or 2 minutes walk from the water bus stop when travelling from the airport, and close to St Mark's Square. The hotel is very clean and comfortable and the staff are really helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Room was perfectly fine and bathroom spotless. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was great, just what you need to set you up for the day. At the end of the day the American Bar was the perfect place for a nightcap or two!

Bar offered great drinks although a bit pricey. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are sufficient in size but bathroom shower is a tad small. Overall close to everything and would stay again.

Great location, take advantage of a water taxi and use the canal side entrance for added romance. The hotel has an interesting historical story too. Room was good, breakfast excellent, and situated in a nice square a short walk to St Marks Sq. Had its own vaporetto stop 100m from the entrance too, and a gondola dock nearby too.

Really really good hotel in the perfect location. Yes, you will probably need a map to get to it from S.Angelo vaporetto station however it take less than 10mins to get there The room was very clean with the room service daily. Breakfast was more than enough to start your day well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants and shops and cafes near by.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it to other travellers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. The breakfast was good, with a decent variety of options to choose from, and everything was fresh.
