Excellent suite and location! The balcony was world class - the pictures of the suite do not do it justice and made our first trip to Venice absolutely memorable and magical. Thanks for having us :)

The room overlooked a canal and a picturesque square. The location was good, not too far from the train station. It was handy to get to Murano and Burano by boat. The room was clean and reasonably spacious. With a couch to sit on and a separate bathroom. A good place to stay.

This location was excellent to stay in! Right above a canal with views of a square with some movement at night but very quiet inside when closed windows! Also close by to very nice restaurants and bars along the canals! Also has an irish pub downstairs if you want something different. The only caveat, but common in many places in venice, is you hace to walk like 10 minutes to get there.

A very well maintained property. We liked the bed. That is important when traveling. We had a nice balcony. The property is in a good location to be quiet but also close to a lot of restaurants, bakeries, a grocery store, etc. I would stay there again.

Great room with modern furnishing and ideal location. Unfortunately, the door to the adjoining room has no sound isolation - you can hear other guests in their room. Recommend eliminating this design element.

Very well located. Although the link provided by Expedia for the address is incorrect. Thankfully the contact was able to direct us to the right location which was not too far. Room was clean. Nice small balcony, located in front of a canal. There was an air conditioning in the room which was nice. Close to all shopping and great restaurants. Easy to walk from the train station - about 15-20 mins.

There was a locked door that separated our room from the room next door. The door abutted the other room’s bathroom. I’m not a prude but we could hear EVERYTHING. If their bathroom door was open it was like they were in my room. Pretty much a glorified hostel with Venetian pricing.

Location was excellent and close to many great restaurants and easy walking distance to primary tourist sites. All communication was electronic and we never had to check-in or check-out with anyone. Very easy. Bathroom in Room 5, the one with the balcony, was a bit cramped, but fine.
