「Very nice large room. Bar stayed open late for those night caps, the bar also has a small Starbucks. Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the Palmetto area.」

「We booked a last-minute stay in a one-bedroom. We were moved to a different bedroom upon arrival due to an air conditioning issue that was identified before we arrived, so we appreciated not having to deal with that. The location was wonderful, the property was lovely. We went upstairs to the roof to check out that amenity, but it had been rainy, and the area wasn’t staffed. We’d hoped to be able to enjoy that, but evidently there’s no cover in the event of rain, There was. no front desk...

We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」
