「I reported the AC issue on the first day.
I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest.
We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay

「I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. It’s very expensive for what you actually get, especially with all the hidden fees. They charge daily for self-parking in an open lot (with plenty of space), and many amenities come with extra costs that aren’t worth it.
