"It was a gorgeous room, simple pool, great location but when we called staff because lights went off in the evening someone very rude and unprofessional answered "

"Excellent location with pavilion on beach across the street. Beach lounge chairs and beach umbrellas provided. Jetted tub wasn’t working when arrived which concerned me if it was cleaned properly. A/C never controlled the temperature in the room below 76 degrees. Tub wasn’t fixed next day quickly. We were able to see manatee off the bay dock. Had a great stay and would book here again."

"They have remodeled since my last stay. The room we occupied was fresh and nicely done. My only critique - they need to have a "finish person" go through and detail the room. Little things that caught my eye - very expensive shutter type blinds that didn't close properly (gap) and kept rolling open. Plus someone ran a screw through the trim board, busted out a piece of wood and just left it. Some touch up with caulk, paint and grout needs to be done as well. The details matter. Staff was excellent, especially Brandi !!! We also had breakfast and lunch in their cafe. Great service and very good food. Overall, very nice stay and we will continue to come back."

"Great clean room, fridge inside and TV. We did not use pool, there was no need the property is a block away from the beach all the restaurants and stores- very convenient! Great service and promptly responsive service. Grateful for that. Overall I would recommend!"

"I was happy with the location at the first but unfortunately try to reach out to front desk the phone never was answered, I wanted to make a surprise for my husband but it was impossible. The bathroom drain was clogged and the AC was malfunctioning. The bed frame was in front of the TV very difficult to watch TV, the sofa was dirty same as the blue decorative sheet you guys have on top of the bed it had a blood stain. The wine refrigerator was extra loud at night. The most I like about your place was the location I wished I had a better experience."
