「The hotel is very clean overall, rooms and entire facility is clean and well maintained. The amenities provided in the rooms were appropriate for the number of guests booked. Very satisfied with the stay.」

「Great location, great staff! Walk out your room to the beach! Two lounge chairs and an umbrella right off the deck. Ocean is maybe 15 yards away. Only down side is no microwave. Publix is close and the fridge was perfect size for storing snacks and drinks.」

「The location was excellent, especially for beach access. Providing beach chairs and umbrellas was a great bonus. The room was very clean and felt fresh and comfortable.The only downsides were that there was no microwave in the room, and the noise from the guests upstairs was quite noticeable. We could constantly hear footsteps, which made it a bit difficult to fully relax.Overall, it was a good stay, but a bit more soundproofing and basic room amenities would make it perfect.」

「The room was modern and clean. Only negative there was there wasn’t a microwave. The issues were that the check in office is at a different location with no parking. After walking to the office, I learned that parking near your room is also not guaranteed. We did get lucky and found a spot but did not want to drive anywhere and loose our spot.」

「The location is wonderful! We had a gulf-front unit, and they all have a perfect view of the Gulf... we watched the sunset each night from our balcony. You are 10 feet from the sand, and 75 feet from the pool... so convenient! The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The lounge is super convenient as well for snacks / drinks while sitting by the pool, or to just enjoy a meal without having to drive anywhere.」

「This hotel was a complete nightmare. On our first day, we were charged $50 to check in at 1 p.m., even though our check-in time was at 4 p.m. The address we were given was incorrect, and after checking out four other properties, we finally found the front desk. To make matters worse, there were ants in our room. We also found fake eyelashes… I don’t wear them. The overall cleanliness was appalling. The floor was covered in dust and marks, and there was even a dead bug. When we requested...

The best part is that the hotel is right in front of the beach, where you can enjoy complimentary beach chairs, umbrellas, and everything you need for a perfect day by the ocean. 「We asked 2 questions thru expedia and hotel never responded to us. The front desk is not in.the same building. We didnt get the link to register. We ended up going to the front desk which is 1 mile from this property. The front desk lady told us that the messages from Expedia are not sent to them and they dont have any guests information to be able to.contact the guests. Also I called them several times and they didnt answered the phone.」

「Company owns several properties . Only one employee to answer phones for the whole system Could never reach anybody all day by calling Room wasn’t ready as promised , keys don’t work, had to wait 30 min for worker to bring new keys Not a private beach , as described . No nearby umbrellas or chairs. Desk person seems uncaring . Would not return . Perhaps it’s their “ lower end “ property so nobody cares about customer .」

「Overall the property was neatly kept. Some of the carpets and furnishings were slightly worn, but clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, always hot, and kept full despite a traveling kids soccer team eating their fill.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

The room we stayed at had lots of accessories for the beach like chairs and kid’s toys for the beach along with an umbrella. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. It was a great experience overall.」
