"My husband booked this for us last night for Valentines Day, we tried several times to call and message to let them know when we would arrive and had a few more questions, after many attempts we didn’t even go as you have to call them to get the key and they never answered or replied to us. This is non-refundable so we didn’t go and we have lost our money. After seeing the first review I’m not sure why this is offered on any site. "

"Overall a great short stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean and fresh. The pool and hot tub area were nice. The breakfast was great. Close to Aldi and Publix
The beach Coquina was close 15 minutes or so.

"The hotel is fabulous. We rented a king suite room with a kitchen, and it had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good, fresh and it provided a wide variety of food choices. The room was very nice decorated. Bed was comfy.
Closets are very nice, clean and organized with shelves.
The bathroom is big, clean and with a great shower and hot water.
WE did enjoy the cozy room tv at night.
Lots of channels to choose from.
AC worked great ...
We didn't use the pool since we went to Anna Maria Island beach.
There is a Walmart very close to the hotel and lots of restaurants.
The staff was very friendly with us.
