「This property was everything we wanted...although not on the beach, it was a short walk to the beach and chairs, umbrellas, coolers and wagons were provided to the beach. The pool area was very comfortable and clean. We like that there were only 6 units...each was unique and very clean. We stayed in "The Nook" which was perfect for our getaway.」

「Perfect little spot right before the bridge to midnight pass. Room was clean, comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Nice pool with bbq grill. The office is open 24/7 with fresh coffee or tea whenever you like. Frog hopper offers door to door service (for only tips) if you don’t want to drive yourself. Great spot!」

「Very clean and updated property. The pool area was very nice and the rooms have all been recently remodeled. Biggest issues that we has was that the front desk did not always have pool towels to provide to us even though the pool was empty most days and the refrigerator in the room is actually for bottles of wine with dual white/red temperature settings. Convenient if you want to keep wine cold but the shelves are not built for other things (water bottles, snacks, leftovers from restaurants,...

「I like that I could walk out of my room and go on a trail (not far at all) that was private access to the beach. The beach is beyond beautiful. The photos are accurate of what the rooms look like.」

「The lady at the front desk kept me waiting while she ate food in the back. When she finally decided to check me in , she was very rude. The building had construction going on everywhere. The bathroom shower would not drain and had strong chemical gases coming from the standing water. We weren’t able to stay in the bathroom for more than a couple of minutes before coughing and feeling light headed. The beds were hard and the floor. I would have expected to pay a lot less for a dump like that」

「First time in Sarasota and this was the perfect hotel! Staff and amenities were great! Room was bigger than expected which was nice lol. Some bit of mold in the shower tiles so think they should do a more thorough deep cleaning. Otherwise everything was awesome!」

「We enjoyed our stay in the spacious double queen suite with a bay view. The property was clean and the access to the restaurant was nice. We did not like that there were NO vending machines as a Gatorade in their lobby was $6! Definitely go to the store before arriving because the lack of drinks on site was an inconvenience in the evenings. Thankfully a Publix is close by.」
