「Best time ever. A new hotel with a great vibe, attention to detail & a welcoming, engaging professional staff. Front desk check in was quick and very informative..with a complimentary signature Prosecco to start the evening. The restaurant on site, Ringside, is 5 Stars .. excellent food, relaxing ambiance and our server Danilo was attentive and made it a delightful dinner experience. Highly recommend. Everything was Exceptional!」

「Awesome place to stay and beach is fabulous」

「Nice hotel for couples」

「Nicely located, beautiful property」

Staff could have been more customer service oriented. Nice Hotel for sure and we would like to mention that our Shuttle Bus Driver and the Housekeeping Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.」

「very very good」

「Breakfast was excellent!」

「During our stay, we were initially pleased that the facility was pet-friendly. However, while walking our leashed dog, we were approached by two unleashed Dalmatians owned by an employee of the establishment. Despite the staff being aware that the dogs were off-leash in the Tiki Lounge area, they failed to intervene. The incident resulted in an attack on our 10 lb dog, and my daughter sustained a knee injury while attempting to protect him. The contact information initially provided by the...

「Easy free parking.. staff very accommodating ..a couple minute walk to best beach in Florida. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, wagon, all included. Very clean - would go again for sure」

「The room was hot and the ac didn’t work. We had to move rooms but it wasn’t what we wanted or paid for. The gentleman at the front desk tried his best.」

「No hair dryer, no iron, no puppy bowl，Worst accommodation conditions,」

「Front desk didn't know how to process an egift card and told me to deal with her at check out. By then, my credit card had already been charged and so they had to reverse the over payment later that day of check out. Pool area was nice. Hotel very quiet. You have no choice but to valet your car which is $42 a day. Expensive seeing as though they know you have no choice. Bar tenders not attentive. Not busy bar but they were both focused on cleaning shakers versus serving customers. They didn't...
