「A very friendly and courteous staff」

「Clean room - a little expensive especially the dog fee for one night but we had a good night & everyone is very friendly there. 」

「If I could rate this in negative stars I would. It smelled like an animal died in our room (like an actual decaying animal) and was never cleaned out. Staff was not present or available to complain to. Had to leave the room 4 hours before checkout. Woke up to asthma and a rash. Refused to refund after complaining. 」

「Onsite casual restaurant and bar made our stay enjoyable; sitting along the water at sunset was nice. Room could use some refreshing in some areas; unfortunately found some hairs in the bathroom. Complimentary breakfast was well displayed but mediocre. I wish we would’ve known that we were in the airport flight path. Jets flying overhead at low altitude until after midnight. 」

「Very well run hotel -- but I fell the marketing is a bit bait and switch. I was surprised to see that my room overlooked a parking lot with a pool in it. What happened to the affinity pool and pickleball courts? You actually have to walk across a 4 lane (not too busy) street to get their. Most people take a golf cart - but I didn't have time. Hate this kind of marketing.」

The clerk was sitting behind what looked like a bullet-proof glass window with all kinds of scotch tape ends still stuck to it. 「The staff was soo friendly and enjoyable to talk to. also so helpful and brought me extra pillows within 5 minutes. super clean hotel. the only thing i would recommend is a full body mirror in the room. i was there for a wedding and no full mirror :( 」

「Great quiet location. Close to Anna Marie Island. Pool is awesome. All grounds immaculate. Staff friendly and helpful. Walking paths close by. Large breakfast buffet with variety of hot and cold options. We had a Marina view room so relaxing to sit on balcony and watch the boats cone and go. Highly recommend this hotel.」
