「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「Coffee readily available, lots of extra towels and pillows. The pool was nice and place was well maintained. I think the rooms could’ve been cleaned a little better. Found some fingerprints on our walls. Generally it was a good place to stay if you’re looking for convenience but if you’re looking for upscale or 5 star hotel this isn’t it.」

「Overall the property was neatly kept. Some of the carpets and furnishings were slightly worn, but clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, always hot, and kept full despite a traveling kids soccer team eating their fill.」

The lady at the desk didn’t know how to do that so she just charged me me the $150 deposit. The next day the lady knocked on my door for 5 mins to collect the pet fee. 「Scariest of budget stays I’ve been. Drug addicts and people sleeping in cars in multiple incidents. 7am tweeking neighbor standing and convulsing in front of door. Very scratchy place and clients. Weed smoke coming through front door from vehicle inhabitant. People visibly passed out in the parking lot.」

「First thing we saw when entering the room was a salamander. The lobby stinks and the amenities were just bad. Today, 4 days later we are sure the hygiene was bad. Some of us has heavy rash and itch, common denominator? This hotel. The girl in the front desk, her name Cecee or something like that was terrible too. 「Very elegant, beautiful and spacious hotel. Would stay again」

「The resort is very clean and well situated. The pool is somewhat small for the amount of guests and very cloudy. The biggest issue is the scheme about the cost of beach chairs/umbrella. While two chairs are advertised as “complimentary” - an umbrella is NOT. No one could sit out in the hot Florida sun without an umbrella and the resort won’t allow you to use your own, so you’re forced to pay $45 per day for an umbrella. 「Tuve una experiencia excelente en este hotel. Todo estaba muy limpio, el personal fue muy amable y atento desde el momento en que llegamos. La habitación era cómoda, tranquila y estaba en perfectas condiciones. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y las instalaciones se encontraban bien cuidadas. 「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」
