Once we were approved, and arrived at the property, we didnt have to register with anyone. It was super easy. The Landing app was very easy to use, and way to communicate with the property owners. We never had to use it to communicate, but knew that if we needed something we could reach out to someone using the app. Would highly recommend, and would use them again in the future. Thanks!

I loved the apartment! It had everything we needed and it was in a great location. The only thing was that it took a little to find the building and for some reason I didn’t receive the email to the latch app and had to call someone to help. The person who helped did a great job and we were able to get in. Overall great stay and very clean as well!

The unit we stayed in was clean, but ready for a remodel. The bathroom was outdated, and the floors swollen in places. The AC unit worked great until it froze over the last night and quit blowing cold air. Would we stay here again? Yes, but would love to stay in the newer units that are getting remodeled while we were there.

The property was dirty, had no internet, washing machine wouldn't work, TV's wouldn't work, arrival instructions were incorrect and incomplete. There is black mold growing all over in one of the closets. The communication with the manager was non-existent. This is the kind of property that will cause a person to never rent another VRBO.

Could have been better

The property itself was nice and cozy. Designed for comfortability. However, the community was very “ghetto” as we were trying to sleep there were people in the hallways smoking weed and drinking being very vulgar. The pool was swamped with over 20 men smoking and hanging out so as you can imagine it was very hard for myself and my 2 teenage girls to enjoy a nice swim. Had the community not been what it was, I would have enjoy my experience here more because what the owner is trying to do with their place is obviously make it a cozy experience.

The Latch app didn’t work and I got locked out night 2, there was construction in the building as they are updating - that was not disclosed to me and it should have, also the fire alarm went off one night, and finally communication with what seemed liked an AI not a human was terrible

Very difficult to navigate around complex at night. I had extremely loud neighbors blasting music. Blinds were missing g in living around so i didn’t feel safe. I checked out a day early and went something else

The property was run-down, dirty, and uncomfortable. There was barely any furniture. The bed used a mattress from a pull out sofa. Overhead lights didn’t work. No access code for apartment was provided in advance and the phone number given on the email went to the wrong place.

I feel like we were catfished. The photos did not paint an accurate picture of the quality of the room we had. Carpets were filthy. Walls were dirty. Cabinets unclean. Table was dirty and stained. The window treatments didn’t fully open or close and the ceiling fans were so wobbly I was afraid they were going to fall down.

Fraud, stay away.

This is a fraud. The apartment was nothing like the photos. It was an old apartment from the 1980s. It wasn't renovated, with floor-to-floor carpets, not wood. The Kitchen was nothing like the photos. An electric outlet was open. They gave contradicting information about where the apartment was within the complex. It took us 20 minutes to find the correct one, and even then the information in the email was incorrect. We moved out after one night because it was so bad.

Ok place to stay

The building numbers provided are extremely small on the building and hard to find at night. We weren't given a code to lock the door when we left. I had to contact the after hours number to get this information. Our contact "property manager" listed in the email wasn't available anytime we reached out. The cleanliness of the place was good, but baseboards were noticeably dirty and there were a few cobwebs hanging from the ceiling corners (mostly things that don't get cleaned often if not used often). The photos on the booking were NOT the same unit we were given. Overall, it is a good place to stay but not excellent. Communication about how to find the building and unlock/lock the door could have been better.

Arrived to the unit around 10pm. Tried to use the instructions to find the building, and complex is so dark that you cant the building signs. Called the manager who was worthless, rude, and no help. Finally ran into a security person who got me there "note" that the instructions I was given were no good and inaccurate. After arriving to the front door, there was no key in the lock, also the digital deadbolt batteries were dead....no way to get inside the condo. I finally had to find a different place to stay the night at 12pm after traveling all day.....Thanks!

Although clean apartment, no drapes on windows very bright in am hard to sleep, no extra comforter for third bed we had to buy one, no place to throw trash and no instructions given . Couldn’t access apartment new years night because apparently key code expired had to call services to get a new code which was crazy . Pool is cold not warm. No salt left or sugar for guests at least temporary and very little shampoo, only one toilet paper. Could’ve left some extra stuff for guests. Also second floor hard to carry luggage no elevator. Balcony is nice but the tree almost goes inside the balcony needs to be cut no landscape . Mattress no comfortable. In bathtub no rug can fall easliy
