「Excelente atención al cliente.」

「We booked a two-night stay at Siesta Palm Resort. On our first night, we found the pull-out sofa bed was in very poor condition. The mattress was so worn that you could feel the metal frame underneath, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The next morning, we asked to be moved to a room with two queen beds, but were told all rooms have the same setup: one queen bed and one pull-out sofa bed. 「I would come back here again and again! The rooms were lovely, they have a perfect set up with the pool and beach across the road- also walking distance to lots of restaurants. Loved it!!」

「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「There is nothing better than a nice pool and beach within a short walking distance. The resort has beach chairs and umbrellas set up every morning that are first come, first serve. We would go back in a heart beat.」

「Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「Room was definitely not cleaned. Dirty napkins and just generally not wiped down. Solo cups left from the previous guest on the back deck. The views and location were awesome. Also no guarantee in getting a beach front umbrella in front of the rooms. People come early and reserve spots with towels and then maybe they show up maybe not.」
