「The positives: clean hotel and rooms, great pool area, breakfast is a major plus. The negatives: no ice, we stayed here because it had a breakfast option but the breakfast was not good at all and no variety, room service did not come for 3 days.」

The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」
