「The location was great, with easy access to the beach and the added convenience of chairs and umbrellas already set up. However, I do think the cleanliness of the room was subpar. The floors were never cleaned during our stay, which left the room feeling sandy despite our efforts to avoid tracking sand in from the beach. 「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」
