「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「The location is great. Right on the beach. Parking is very limited. Getting in and out is hard. Busy road can make it tough. The only mirror in the room is in the bathroom. Not a single clock in the room either. A broom in the room would be nice. Being right on the beach makes tracking sand in inevitable. Aside from that, everything was really good. Staff was beyond helpful when needed. The view was worth it all.」

「I appreciated the shuttle that took me down to Siesta Key and back. That was a nice perk I didn’t know about. The room was clean and comfortable. It seemed newly renovated. It was very convenient to where I had to go to. Plenty of parking. I was traveling alone and I felt safe there.」
