「The hotel was clean and safe. The location was good and the free shuttle to St Armand’s was a nice bonus! However, there were a few issues - the room we had was in the Escalera tower and had an outdoor entrance and there was always a huge puddle in front of our door. Our door lock was very particular and we got locked out several times, the poolside amenities were not great - there was a volleyball court with no volleyball so we couldn’t use it. 「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」
