「We chose this location for our weekend honeymoon. This hotel is beautiful and so well maintained. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review is because the AC wasn't working on our first night. When we called Front Desk we were given a new room. They gave us keys and all, and when we walked into the new room it was dirty and there were no sheets, meaning it was a room that was not ready. 「Absolutely terrible experience. Our Father’s Day weekend was completely ruined. Upon checking in, we immediately noticed the AC in our room wasn’t working. After reporting the issue, we waited over four hours before being provided with a portable AC unit. Unfortunately, the unit was incredibly loud, making it nearly impossible to sleep. 「The location is wonderful! We had a gulf-front unit, and they all have a perfect view of the Gulf... we watched the sunset each night from our balcony. You are 10 feet from the sand, and 75 feet from the pool... so convenient! The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The lounge is super convenient as well for snacks / drinks while sitting by the pool, or to just enjoy a meal without having to drive anywhere.」

「The location was excellent, especially for beach access. Providing beach chairs and umbrellas was a great bonus. The room was very clean and felt fresh and comfortable.The only downsides were that there was no microwave in the room, and the noise from the guests upstairs was quite noticeable. 「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」
