「The Lido Beach resort was fantastic! Every member of the staff from the front desk, to the market, to the Drift restaurant, pool side handing out towels, servers at the tiki bar and the guys setting up umbrellas on the beach are all very friendly and eager to please with a smile. 「Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.」

We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「Clean room but needs some updates. Breakfast was nice pool is not in the most convenient place especially if your traveling with kiddos but has a nice view. Over all a good stay.」
