「Clean room」

「My favorite part of the beautiful resort was the very friendly staff, the adult pool and the Tiki Bar was amazing. I especially enjoyed Justin who was the pool tiki bar server my whole stay. He was fun and friendly and very responsive when we needed anything. He had a great positive attitude and made everyone feel welcome. Thank you Justin for the great service and your big personality. 「We had a great experience. The resort is quaint and quiet. They did have live music and then a dj on two of the nights we were there. The tiki bar and adult pool were great amenities. Our room was clean and just as it was pictured on the website. Highly recommend staying here.」

「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「Room was definitely not cleaned. Dirty napkins and just generally not wiped down. Solo cups left from the previous guest on the back deck. The views and location were awesome. Also no guarantee in getting a beach front umbrella in front of the rooms. People come early and reserve spots with towels and then maybe they show up maybe not.」

「It was a lovely stay. However, didn’t like how long it took to use the elevator- there are about 6 floors of parking that is $40 a night (I parked for free across the street and this was fine!)」
