「The hotel is in a great location in the island it’s just minutes way from all the island life but yet still feeling relaxed when just staying back at the hotel I would definitely be back here.」

「My only complaint is there wasn’t a pool and there wasn’t a microwave, oven, toaster oven, or air fryer to heat food, just a stove.」

「Loved this property. Perfect place for a quiet vacation. Sits right on the beach and the views were amazing. The owner and staff were very nice. Booked through Expedia and it was a little expensive but would stay there again.」

「The proximity to the beach was great. Very outdated and staff was average at best. No daily cleaning services and parking was very tight. Pictures are not what the resort looks like and it is very cramped area. Pool is awful. Better places available for that amount of money. Internet issues all week. AC did not work the first day. Find a better place」

「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.」

「The room was very large, very accommodating, beautiful view of the pool area easy access to the beach small restaurant on site and the staff was very friendly room was clean. Very happy with this day.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「Room was definitely not cleaned. Dirty napkins and just generally not wiped down. Solo cups left from the previous guest on the back deck. The views and location were awesome. Also no guarantee in getting a beach front umbrella in front of the rooms. People come early and reserve spots with towels and then maybe they show up maybe not.」

「Really enjoyed staying at Hibiscus Suites. It was really close to events we had planned as well as restaurants and Siesta Key Beach. Even though hotel is located on busy street, the traffic was not heard from room. I would highly recommend staying.」
