「Room was definitely not cleaned. Dirty napkins and just generally not wiped down. Solo cups left from the previous guest on the back deck. The views and location were awesome. Also no guarantee in getting a beach front umbrella in front of the rooms. People come early and reserve spots with towels and then maybe they show up maybe not.」

「I did not receive the text message or email with the information required to complete the registration prior to the arrival. Neither was the information of the location of the reception office. 「Great view from the beach the best part! Room lacks some amenities like a microwave or water outside to wash your feet from the beach and some more chairs/ beach supplies would be nice. Fantastic view and comfortable bed!」

While the pictures showed a kitchenette, our room only had a small refrigerator and nothing else. The ad showed the room being one block from the beach, but our room was further. 「Staff in restaurants were somewhat accommodating. We asked to change our reservation from 2 to 4 people in the Riva restaurant. We were informed they could only take us at 8:10. We said ok, then the manager of Riva said no, not until 9:00 is there an open table. Then the concierge informed me he could get it changed. Not great communication amongst staff. Food in Riva was ok. All in all, it was a good experience.」

「Really nice facility. One thing that was annoying was the outdoor pool. They shouldn't allow flotation items, such as small boats. Kids kept bumping into my wife and me, so we had to get out of the pool. If allowed have a facility member policing the pool area and hold the parents accountable for their children's actions. Teens jumping around rough housing was annoying as well.」
