「Loved this location! Will stay again!」

「Property was clean but no remote for ceiling fan. Disappointing. I called twice as well as instructed cleaning staff. Still no remote.」

「The staff was so helpful, and the room was very clean. The ocean view was amazing and the room was so quiet it was easy to fall asleep. Will definitely be coming back. Oh the parking can be tight so beware」

「The room was immaculate. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast gets busy in a small space but everyone was friendly and polite. The food was good and the atmosphere relaxing.」

「unfortunatly too expensive for what the hotel offers and the condition of the room, the foor was hard to open and gor stuck at some times, the shower did,'t swich between the head and the handheld. 2 times there were no towels at the pool and had to walk to the reception to request to refiil the towel cabinet. not terrible but not great.」

「This is a beautiful property. There were a few un expected things that happen. The beach chairs and umbella were not both included although I called in advance and was told they were. The guy said it had something to do do with our rate, which was through Expedia and shouldn't be reffered to like that. Then the drinks were very watery and my group only ordered the one. It had a lovely onsite restaurant but it took at least 30 minutes for our breakfast to arrive and there was only three tables...

「They are doing a lot of construction on their property. Overwhelming noises all day long.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「My wife and I were with another couple on a birthday celebration and needed a place near Palma Sol Bay where we had reservations to ride the horses in the water. The location turned out to be perfect in all respects as it offered alternative options to get to specific locations throughout the area and it was within 30 minutes of everything even if traffic was heavy. The place was very clean and offered a small kitchen, two full bathrooms and two bedrooms (one queen, one king) and two couches...
