「Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was super clean when arrived. The balcony creates a great night experience. Valet was friendly everytime. The downstairs resturaunt and bar are convient for something quick.」

「Our stay at La Esmeralda was absolutely wonderful. We spent 2 nights here and I loved the location to the airport and Old San Juan. It’s close to everything! The room was well kept with AC on when we arrived. Check in and Check out process was so efficient and easy. Even provided free secure private parking. There was a dog next door that barked at night. 「Was a quiet part of town but not in a bad way. I felt like it was more how the locals would live vs the resort and I liked it for that reason. The home was beautiful, and I got complimentary wine and a keychain which I'm definitely adding to my souvenirs. The only thing is they were difficult to contact at odd hours and carribiean time doesn't help.S o luckily nothing catastrophe happened. Nobody is there after hours and no one greeted me but that my just be my time here.Still I loved it here...
