「Really impressed, especially for the price! Despite being above a pub, which I think had live music on the night I stayed, the room was one of the quietest I've stayed in. Had a great comfortable night's sleep. The cooked to order breakfast was very good as well. Very happy, will definitely stay here again.」

「I booked this apartment for my family of 4 on the day and because we were so caught up in our trip we forgot to notify the host. We arrived in the evening and despite us not having given them a heads up first, the apartment was sorted and in impeccable state. The bed was extremely comfortable, kitch and bathroom very clean. 「Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.」

「The hotel manager will directly send you an email detailing the hotel digital management and the digital lock system and the relevant passwords for digital locks and the food for breakfast before you set off to UK. Unfortunately the fuse was burnt on the first day I check in. I emailed the manager and phoned him and he went to my room to check personally and fixed it. He noticed the toilet seat was loose and he came again to change a new one and also fixed the towel stand. With the cheap price...

「Booked 2 rooms and 1 apartment; was expecting they all are close from each other. but end up the apartment is about 10-15mins walking distance away that i will have to separate from my other family members. However, the staff was very helpful when needed them」
