「I stayed for two nights. The room is clean and the bathroom is large and even has a bathtub. the staff knows I am travelling there for the first time, she kindly lend me a guidebook in traditional Chinese edition. That's very thoughtful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends. 」

「Enjoyed 2 nights here and love the character of the building and the romantic double room was lovely and warm on what was a very cold evening! Staff really helpful and friendly, easy free parking and in 15 mins we were in town by foot. There’s a lovely rum Bar 5 mins away too (altho a small bar onsite too!) and restaurants within 10 Mins if need. Most 15 mins. I like the fact you don’t have to pay for a cooked breakfast if you don’t want it and just continental. Couple of things i could nit...

「Lovely hotel. Staff were excellent. Bedroom was clean and tidy and loved the teddy besr on the bed. Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice.」

「I booked a Club Deluxe room which was nice and spacious. I know that the bath and shower are inside the bedroom with no walls before I booked and thought thats fine as I was staying by myself anyways. 」

「酒店位置很好，后面就是前往科茨沃尔德的公交车站，作为中转一晚的地点还是不错的，只是这种老房子都没有电梯，我们安排在了四楼，而且四楼是层高最矮的，房间有点小，不过总体还可以，爷爷人很好，早餐比较简单」

「Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.」

「ダブルベッドの一室を利用しました。他の方のレビューのとおり部屋の中に床が抜けそうなところがあったり、音は響くし、４室あたりにバスルームが一つしかないのはちょっと少ない気がしますが、私が利用した日は幸い夜は静かで、バスルームも混み合うことはありませんでした。 それよりもこの値段で電子レンジ、電子ポット、冷蔵庫と簡単な食器等が用意されていることに驚きました。キッチンはないので料理はできませんが、スーパーも徒歩５分圏内に5つもあり、買ったものを温めることができます。 建物は古いですが、掃除は行き届いていると思いました。 チェックインは別の建物でする必要がありますがスムーズでした。チェックアウトは非対面なので混み合うことも待たされることもなく簡単でよかったです。」

「Booked 2 rooms and 1 apartment; was expecting they all are close from each other. but end up the apartment is about 10-15mins walking distance away that i will have to separate from my other family members. However, the staff was very helpful when needed them」

「Although the room was small it was clean had everything you needed sink shower microwave fridge TV heating everything you want ideal for my stay definitely use it again」
