I had a lovely stay here with my mum. We had the siena suite and it was exceptionally clean and as per the photos. Was really nice to have the terrace and kitchenette aswell. We recieved a warm welcome from friendly staff who helped us up to the suite with our bags. Great central location and well priced too. Would definitely recommend!

The property was well equipped and is very central to walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Convenient paid car parking also close by. Although not manned 24 hour we did also meet with the friendly and helpful staff who also managed the other property at The Crescent

Great property, superb location, lovely rooms with really easy check in. The only niggle was the listing on expedia stated there was parking, but this was payable and off site and therefore added £45 to the cost of our stay.

Good value in comparison to the hotel we usually stay in in Cheltenham. Good sized rooms and excellent facilities. Only draw back is a lot of communication is via a central call centre rather than a reception.
