「When I arrived my code for the door didn’t work but they very quickly sent me a new one. The location is perfect. We loved the pool and the hot tub. It felt safe and very clean. The studio had everything we needed they even supplied the little details like salt pepper shampoo body wash conditioner, it stayed super cool and they even provided a fan.」

「The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. 」

「The staff was definitely the best part of our stay, the rooms were fine, we had no issues but we were hoping for a little more special decor or something to match the extraordinary prices (though we know Jazz Fest means $$$). For the money we could have stayed at many other high end places-the staff was excellent. Not sure I’d make a special point to return but no major complaints.」

「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「This hotel doesn’t have exhaust fans in their bathrooms so all of them smell like mold. We both got sick from staying here for 4 days. The beds were also terrible as well as the pillows it felt like we were sleeping on cots. I would not recommend anybody staying at this over priced hotel the only thing nice about it was the lobby and lobby bathrooms.」

「Staff were great. Did not expect sales pitch at checkin for some sort of timeshare but it was easy to say no thx. Location good but alot of activity on streets. This is not a quiet area. Maybe because we booked on expedia we had a room that just looked straight at another building. Felt a bit claustrophobic but rooms were spacious and clean. No cleaning during stay as per policy. Again super friendly staff.」
