「Excellent location, staff and units. Very spacious, clean and nicely decored.」

「Very comfortable bed and very quiet.」

「We absolutely enjoyed our stay and have already talked about another trip to New Orleans and staying here again! If you want a cheap hotel look somewhere else because when you pay cheap you get cheap!! Location: Much quieter area away from the hustle and bustle but still very much walking distance to French quarter or to take RTA/ street car. Nearest coffee shop that is extremely good is called Allgood. If you don’t want to pay for an uber from the airport you can catch the bus from the...

「This was our second time at this beautiful property, and it definitely won’t be our last. The cottages are a little sanctuary in the middle of New Orleans just steps from everything. Special thanks to Sean for sending us the Amazon package which arrived late while we were in New Orleans. He treats guests like they are family. Jeffrey gave us some excellent suggestions where the locals prefer to dine. Our cottage was spacious with two bedrooms, complimentary sodas and water and coffee. The...

「Lovely visit! Would definitely stay here again!!」

「This was a unique property, very clean and secure. Good location and helpful staff.」

「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「服務、飯店內裝都很有特色、很棒；應該再花一點心思把房間外的庭院整理一下就完美了！」

「Place was great. Staff and manager were very nice.」

「We booked 2 rooms in this hotel. One of the rooms was missing a shower curtain, so the whole room was drenched. When we turned to the staff for this problem they simply told us that the room was designed that way. When we told them our other room did have a curtain, they ignored us and did not make any attempt to search for a solution. The breakfast is very poor, with choice of dried out bagels and cold boiled eggs. When they were out of plates, the staff undertook no action. This hotel has nice...

「Very nice boutique hotel in downtown New Orleans. Walking distance from Bourbon Street, Jackson Square, Frenchman’s street, and most other frequented locations in downtown NOLA. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. After day 2, they were calling us by name and asking how our day went, just like family. Christopher and LaTisha specifically were exceptional! The hotel is freshly renovated and looks awesome. Perfect for a getaway with your significant other or whole family.」

「very good！」
