「It’s an awful experience to stay. The isolation fan in the toilet didn’t work. We asked the staff to fix but they said nothing could be done at the weekend. On Monday, still no one came to fix it. The walls were so thin that we could hear water running in the pipes and the sewage, even the air conditioner was making some sound of water dripping. There’re always flies in the room even you drove them out. They kept coming in. There must be a ‘fly door’ somewhere. One night at 5 am, the smoke...

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily.
Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."
