「I’ve been to London a couple of times, and this was by far the quietest hotel I’ve stayed at during my visit. The rooms were updated and fresh& very clean. The staff were friendly & provided exceptional service. Highly recommend! parking can be a bit of a challenge if you’re driving, so look into that before your arrival & you should be G2G! 」

「The room is small with a very high bed. I need to climb up with some effort. The shower curtain is also very short which cannot prevent water from going to the carpet outside. The price is also not friendly but it is really convenient. Just a few minutes walk from Paddington station. 」

「Not so close to train station. And the staff is not particularly helpful. Well they let one of our guests check in early which is nice. But denied us for checking out at 12 instead of 11. Not particularly clean and the air conditioning made funny noises. 」
