One of the best 5 stars hotel I have stayed so far. The receptionist was super friendly and lovely. Service was great. I just hope they have an expresso machine in the room. That's it :) very clean and the bed was cozy

Superb location: near events but nestled in a classic residential neighborhood near parkways. Everything you need is inside this hotel. Excellent service and assistance from staff throughout my stay. The proximity to Hyde Park is what helped me select it.

The room was very clean and the heater/air worked well. I like the motion sensor night light and the electric curtains. The lady that checked us in was very nice. The only two complaints I had were that the bed was very hard and hurt my back. Also, the breakfast buffet was nice but I feel a bit pricey. The continental breakfast room service is not much cheaper.

Always excellent.

Excellent buffet and à la carte menu. Deride always excellent. Sometimes a little slow but staff are amazing and food is excellent. The hotel is maybe starting to show a few frays around the edges but still my No 1 choice.
