Place it’s near a train station and few stores and restaurants very clean room we were 3 people had 2 beds in the room confortable enough to serve the purpose for us to rest and sleep it was summer time room gets too hot to be in it during the day but at night got better I wished they had a fan and that would of done it to sleep a little bit cooler but over all I think it was a nice room clean and loved the location.

Very easy to find, a short step away from Paddington, so handy. Once you get your head round tbe instructions to enter and the codes you need for the doors, it does what it needs at Lkndon prices. My only two criticisms were that there were lots of small shampoo bottles but no shower gel, also the TV wouldn't connect to BBC 1or 2. But very grateful for the air con fan in the room on a very hot day.

For a one night stay, this was a perfect room for me. Had everything I needed, was clean and comfortable, and having an en-suite for the price was excellent. If you start looking too closely the finish on the rooms leaves a little to be desired, but that didnt effect my nights sleep!

Good (enough) is best way to describe this hotel. Absolutely zero interaction with any staff in person, room had everything it needed but poorly maintained, wallpaper falling off walls, cracked tiles etc BUT quiet enough, centrally located enough & bed comfortable enough. Room was on 3rd floor with no lift so not for feint hearted but considering the price paid it was all that was needed. Wouldn’t rush back but if I needed a place to sleep/wash/rinse/repeat this wouldn’t stop me considering it again. Location is probably its best feature!

Room was not big enough for 6 people- it might physically have the floor space to sleep but it was not practical at all. Facilities were dates- fridge that was very impractical to open due to the carpet, no where safe to boil the kettle due to the cramped facilities. Had to purchase loo roll. Shower door didn’t close properly. Good location for the tube, bedroom was extremely hot- fans were available but there wasn’t anywhere to put it for everyone to benefit.

Als wir ankamen erwartete uns ein nicht gereinigtes Zimmer mit Zahnputzresten + Haaren im Waschbecken. Die Dusche wurde nicht gereinigt und die Bettwäsche sah ebenfalls nicht frisch aus. Von Haaren und Flecken im Bett bis hin zu Schimmel im Badezimmer war alles dabei. Die einzige Frau die telefonisch zu erreichen war, hat zumindest gesagt, dass Sie sich drum kümmern wird - passiert ist leider nie etwas. Auch wenn es sich hierbei um kein besonders teures Hotel handelt, gehe ich grundsätzlich von einem gereinigten Zimmer aus. Während unseres Aufenthaltes von 6 Nächten, wurde nicht ein einziges mal das Zimmer gereinigt, geschweige denn der Müll entsorgt. NIE WIEDER. Wer sich eine Unterkunft in London suchen möchte, der sollte ganz ganz dringend abstand halten.

The room is extremely tiny. I booked a single room with the shared bathroom. Which I would never do again. The bed was comfy enough. Though the room was the size of a closet, it was pretty quiet and had an iron, a kettle, a hair dryer, hangers, and TV. They packed a lot in there. Staff were helpful, but they don’t get there until 1pm. So if you show up before that, you can’t leave your bags, unless you manage to catch the cleaning staff.

We booked this hotel based on how near it was to Paddington Station. The photos looked nice, but upon getting into the hotel and then the room, it was anything but nice. First, no lift(elevator), so it was up three floors on very narrow stairs, and questionable hallway doors connecting the floors. Meaning, you had to watch your step upon opening the door with a quick step down. The keycard did not work, but at least the codes for the front door and room did work. No AC in the room. It is an old building, and during any other season, it would have been fine, but it was heat wave and the fans were not really cutting it. There was about about two feet from the foot of each bed to the wall, so getting around could be tricky. No refrigerator and the bathroom seem to have some kind venting issue because smelled like sewer gases inside the bathroom. In all fairness, the beds were comfortable, even if the walls and nightstands were peeling. We had neighbors that arrived a day and discovered their room was dirty. Had the stay been inexpensive, it would have okay at best to stay in London, but it was around $200 USD per night for three nights plus taxes and fees. No room service and messaging the hotel went no where. We had to stuff our trash in the street trash cans. Travelers be aware what you getting at this hotel. I suspect there are other similar hotels like this. I wish I could leave a positive review, but it was not pleasant stay. Check the amenities and details in the future.
