This property checks off all of my key boxes in picking a hotel. Staff at the front and housekeeping were responsive and maintained high standards in performing their roles. The room was spacious, clean and with a comfortable bed. The location adjacent to Paddington Station is so convenient and walkable. This is the second time we’ve stayed there and plan to do so again when in London.

Loved this hotel. It’s in a great area and right next to the train station for the airport. Clean rooms and nice bathroom with full bathtub. Quite a few coffee shops in this area and food for late night. 10/10 will be staying here anytime I come to London.

Convenient location right next to Paddington station. Hotel room didn’t feel safe, the latch wouldn’t catch on the door and the room was situated at the end of a long twisted hallway next to an emergency exit which would be a human traffickers dream.

Yes quite enjoyed staying at this hotel, great location for starters right opposite Paddington tube station, rooms had a quality feel, absolutely immaculate as well. Couple of bars inside which were both lovely, polite and helpful staff, felt the hotel had a nice atmosphere about it, would recommend.
