It is close to Paddington Station. There are many good restaurants and pubs in the area. But it was a bit noisy since we stayed on the first floor. Staff are friendly. Lots of room in the 2-bedroom apartment.

Really nice and quiet place. Staff extremely serviceminded and efficient. Great and well equipped apartment. Only problem was, that you can’t sleep in the sofa bed if you are a male adult, as quality is very poor

A beautiful hotel in the center of London

What a first class hotel in the heart of London. The front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our accommodation was a spacious apartment with full kitchen and dining room! We will happily stay here again. Easy access to Paddington Station, near to Hyde Park, an easy walk to Oxford Street for shopping. Coffee and tea in the room.

Well designed, well equipped flat with all amenities such as dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen. Comfortable beds. Great reception. Only problem was that Hotels dot com have the wrong phone number and the wrong email to the hotel. Hopefully now updated.

The location is easily accessible by the two underground stations less than a mile away. The space in the apartments is comfortable and the kitchen has all the cooking equipment. The carpets were stained and looked dirty. The walls near the patio had water damage. Overall it needed some updating but I would still recommend staying.

I had meetings booked for 2PM (the same time as the agreed check in time and advertised check in time) They didn’t let me check in u til 3/4 and left me hanging. I had to pay £280 for a Hilton hotel around the corner. Very annoyed

Very nice apartment, and friendly staff, though some of the plumbing fixtures do require some attention. (a loose drain plug and slightly blocked sink). Only other negative was the lack of any coffee brewing device, a plunger / press would be great. We would certainly book again!

Perfect set up for family of 5. So much more comfortable than a hotel room and less expensive and more space than 2 adjoining hotel rooms. Beds were comfortable and the small kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast each day. Close to 2 subway stations and Paddington station for train to Heathrow. Nice quiet neighborhood short walk to Kensington Garden.
