訂房另付費購買了早餐,但職員稱廚房正在裝修,所以沒有基本熱食早餐！只有麵包、芝士、火腿、果汁、啡茶！ 唯一房子算是比較寬敞.

The building is quite old (older than it looks in pictures), so be prepared for torn/lifting carpet and outdated appliances/amenities. The hotel itself is beautiful and the bar/restaurant area is great. Amazing location if you’re wanting to stay closer to Hyde park!

Location was excellent, the room was light and spacious, beds were comfortable. En-suite bathroom was dated with a low, fixed height shower head over the bath, but for one night, it was perfectly usable and wouldn’t put us off staying again! Staff were friendly and check-in/out easy.

Loved the location across from Lancaster gate. Easy bus access and lovely service. The hotel was built in 1853, so it creaks...A LOT. But it is charming. We would book again.

We had an enjoyable overnight stay at The Columbia Hotel. We stayed in an economy double room which was absolutely fine for our needs. The hotel is in an excellent location, opposite Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. A short walk from The Royal Albert Hall and Lancaster Gate tube station. The staff were lovely.

Hotel is near the city centre making it ideal to stay in and parking available for an extra fee makes it even better as we needed somewhere to park our car. Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and although it’s an old inside hotel, the rooms were kept nice with modern beds and decor.
