「It’s an awful experience to stay. The isolation fan in the toilet didn’t work. We asked the staff to fix but they said nothing could be done at the weekend. On Monday, still no one came to fix it. The walls were so thin that we could hear water running in the pipes and the sewage, even the air conditioner was making some sound of water dripping. The staff were friendly & provided exceptional service. Highly recommend! parking can be a bit of a challenge if you’re driving, so look into that before your arrival & you should be G2G! 」
