「We spent four nights at the hotel; our room was never cleaned even though I let staff know third day in the morning, and again at night when we came back and room still wasn’t cleaned, every time staff pretended or imaginary notes; because today at checked it was no record of my request; what a surprise! But they were fast to charge for parking; first night we had issue with WiFi connection, my husband called service desk and was told if he can’t connect we have to pay for WiFi; what a surprise!...

「饭店不是很大，但干净便捷，设施齐全，边上就是电影院，还有超市，Spa，酒吧等，房间里有厨房可以自己做饭，虽然我没有做过，还有一个大冰箱，以后有机会再来。」

「The front desk was nice and helpful her name is Brittany. The managers can use a little finesse when dealing with guests sometimes they can come off a little strong I guess it’s just a personality but if your working as a customer manager you should adjust your attitude to be more a little friendly and not come off as a bit abrasive.」

「Restaurant can be cleaner. Window view of room 208 is totally blocked. 」
