「饭店不是很大，但干净便捷，设施齐全，边上就是电影院，还有超市，Spa，酒吧等，房间里有厨房可以自己做饭，虽然我没有做过，还有一个大冰箱，以后有机会再来。」

「Breakfast was a disappointment. They had no pancakes available, due to low or no batter. Food was cold or barely warm. Breakfast offerings were not great. A huge letdown. Parking was also a challenge at night. Not enough safe parking available. 2 extremely large vehicles with tow took many spaces.」

「The property is dilapidated, smells like wet dog and the staff was never at the desk and didn’t answer the phone. Our room was filthy, half used shampoo, no soap and one roll of toilet paper. Had to find one of the room service people for toilet paper and he was busy watching tv in the room he was “cleaning”. My husband half jokingly called this the Discomfort Inn. Never again!」

「Not clean at all very disgusting. Front desk was unkind. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we waited for an hour and no one from the staff can to tell us we could come back in.」

「First we get a room,that was not cleaned ,food and boxes everywhere like someone was living there.The second room we were given had dirty bed spread with some type of pink splatter dried on the comforter, peephole covered over, shower curtain had mold all over it,so nasty,will never book here again.」

「Check in was a nightmare. Parking garage has a short in the keypad. You pay for parking and have to be routed through multiple building to reach your actual apartment. There are zero signs in the parking area to navigate the property and no one but an 800# to ask for help. We paid for non refundable room and still left early! No price on peace of mind. No toddler friendly bars out the front door.」

「Bugs on the beds. No towels in the room and when we did get them, they were pretty dingy. One bed with no pillows at all. It said free breakfast, but there was no breakfast except for coffee. I would not stay at this place ever again.」

「The room was not clean upon arrival. Used towels were left on the bathroom floor, the TV was still on, and the bed sheets appeared not to have been changed after the previous guest checked out. It seemed that the room had not been properly cleaned at all. The hallways had an overwhelming amount of air freshener or spray, which made it difficult to breathe. We checked almost five different rooms, but they all had similar issues. The strong smell in both the rooms and hallways made our children...

「There was no body wash or conditioner, only shampoo. All the hotels I have stayed at had those items for guest to use. Breakfast could have had a variety of muffins and bagels, and bread. Sausage seemed to be the only meat unless the day I didn't eat there they had bacon.」

「We had a wonderful stay here. The property was beautiful and the suite we had was absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and so well prepared. Definitely staying here again. 」
