The location was kind of in the cut, away from the road. There were ladies of the street soliciting for the night when we arrived. The place was clean, but it always felt just slightly sketchy. However, there were no negative incidents or interactions, so I have to say it was a positive experience and I would recommend to anyone on a budget!

It looks as if some maintenance is going on at this property. Front desk was very accommodating when we arrived early and re-rooming us when the first room smelled like smoke. Second room was cleaner and smelled good.

The room was clean the lobby and breakfast area was clean. The hotel itself and even the room had like a musty smell you could tell they were trying to clean it up by the smell of the cleaning materials but all in all we got a good night sleep and that was our goal for the one evening

The hotel was not very clean, there was broken wall in the bathroom. The bathtub was dirty and moldy. The fan in the room kept coming on every 5 minutes and it was very loud And vibrated a lot, the breakfast was garbage, there was only waffles and instant coffee would not recommend staying here.

Had to ask for a different room the same night and it was decent but matched with the nasty attitude of the guest service. After complaining again I was asked to leave. His statement was “we don’t have brand new rooms here” I said I didn’t ask for a new room I asked for a clean and decent room. Worst place I’ve stayed in 2025. I only pick this location because my 2yr old granddaughter with cancer at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital was 7 mins away. Nasty the place and the service
