「It was beautiful and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They even went to the trouble of replacing a pastry from a local bakery my nephew accidentally left behind when changing rooms. My only complaint was there were too many emails and text messages from both Expedia and the hotel. Probably 3-6 per day starting a couple of weeks prior to our trip!」

「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. 」

「The Moxy is updated and close to Great American Ballpark. Our room was clean and well supplied. However, the only downside were the stairs from the bed area to the bathroom. No problems were experienced, however, I feel the steps could be dangerous when making a midnight bathroom trip, especially for older people. Also, it was quite noisy overnight due to the unavoidable highway traffic. Overall, our experience was good, just those few caveats. We would definitely stay at The Moxy again, just...

「Good location, we walked to the Reds ballpark but there was also a cheap shuttle option right outside the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. All staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. Our room had a couple minor maintenance issues we didn't bring up until checkout but overall recommend for a budget friendly option!」

「While Shirley at the front desk was professional and accommodating, this property is in need of serious updating. They also appeared to have a fruit fly issue… An elevator in the hotel and an elevator in the parking structure were out of order. I think these accommodations were embarrassing for a wedding party that had perhaps encouraged guests to stay, perhaps remembering it as a younger, better maintained property prior?」

「Half of the blinds didn’t work. I had to leave a day early and was told that if I contacted Expedia that I could get a refund for the extra night I didn’t stay and now they’re saying I can’t have a refund for the extra night. Parking was very expensive. Room wasn’t very clean.」
