「Nice small boutique hotel with a old world style and furnishings. My room was small, but well appointed. Only wish the shower was nicer. Well located in the historic Over-The-Rhine neighborhood.」

「We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!」

TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「Check in was supposed to be after three PM, but we didn’t get a room until four thirty PM. The rooms appeared to be pre assigned. Someone one we know got a room immediately after they got a room that had not been cleaned. So there was available cleaned rooms, but the staff made us wait. Liked proximity to the Great American ball park.」

「Front Desk Staff was super friendly and greeted us every time we walked thru the door. They were quick to solve the only issue we had. Which was only one bath towel for a room occupancy of 4 people. We all used one towel the first night, but the next morning the front desk gave us 3 more and apologized for the inconvenience. Only other thing was there was no hair dryer, so be sure to take your own. We didn’t HAVE to have one so it wasn’t a big deal for us. We felt safe because you had to have a...

「Nice hotel and ok continnental breakfast. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Challenge comes to having your room serviced. Cleaning staff do not communicate well with hotel staff. Even leaving a do not disturb sign in side the room does not guarantee your room will be serviced. On our stay of 7 nights we were only able to get our room serviced on the 6th night. This happened only after several requests for service were made. Most frustrating.」
