「Nice small boutique hotel with a old world style and furnishings. My room was small, but well appointed. Only wish the shower was nicer. Well located in the historic Over-The-Rhine neighborhood.」

「We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! 「Front Desk Staff was super friendly and greeted us every time we walked thru the door. They were quick to solve the only issue we had. Which was only one bath towel for a room occupancy of 4 people. We all used one towel the first night, but the next morning the front desk gave us 3 more and apologized for the inconvenience. 「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices.
