「Restaurant can be cleaner. Window view of room 208 is totally blocked. 」

「We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

The biggest pain isn't the fault of the hotel but while they are a pet-friendly hotel, there isn't a single plot of grass anywhere within 10 blocks of the hotel. The staff was well aware telling us "there is no...

「It’s a nice quiet facility. The only issue was the bar never opened last night.」
