"Checked in late and staff was very kind. Room was spacious. Shower was a little difficult to operate but was able to get it figured out, knob was loose so it was either freezing or burning hot until we got it figured out. Tv remote didnt work with channel up/down but we were not there long so it wasn’t an issue. Could input channels."

"The property was maintained and clean enough, but the staff, particularly the front desk people were disinterested in their job. Every time I went to the front desk the staff member was on their cell phone texting or playing a game. I had to address them after standing there for a long moment to get their attention. When I finally got their attention they seemed perturbed at having to set their phone aside and talk to me. I asked for someone to look at the tv in my room as it was not working, after 3 nights staying there it still remained inoperable. I was part of a group that had a car show there and had spent a great deal of money with them. While there several guest vehicles were broken into, the security cameras were not in operation and the front desk staff didn’t seem concerned that anything had happened. My group had form our own security patrol to ensure the safety of all the vehicles in the hotel’s parking lot. While many things with our stay were adequate, the lack of attention and concern by the management was severely lacking."

"I really like the inside of the property well kept and clean. The rooms are nice and I enjoyed my stay. I also really like the ability to charge my Tesla on site. However, my last night there, there were people parked in the charging slots that were not charging or had an electric vehicle. Maybe they can come up with a policy posted outside to prevent that from happing. I would also just suggest they keep the outside area a little more clean, like where the trash goes because it’s viable where customers have to park."
