"What really stood out to me was how clean and nice the hotel room and property was! Absolutely loved my room and the staff was very accommodating to allow a late check-out and late check-in due to travel changes. Will definitely be staying again when I’m in the area. Also the breakfast was great, just make sure you’re up in time to enjoy!"

"The parking was well lit, though I was a little concerned about being able to get in the back doors of the building at all hours of the night without using my key (which the sign said i'd need). It seemed quite unsecured. The hallway and elevator smelled very strongly of marijuana. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, she just apologized and did nothing else. My room itself was clean and well supplied."

"The staff was non existant! The night person left her shift early, the overnight staff member showed up 16 minutes late. Did not approach the desk went to a back room for almost another 10 minutes. Meanwhile my tub had standing water, no hot water and no way of turning the tv off without unplugging it becuase there was no remote in the room. The staff member that left immediately after checking me in left many people sitting at a bar and about 15 or more people in the lobby. The hotel is beautiful but unfortunately not staffed properly and some small issues that cannot fix themselves. The front desk in the am was kind an apologetic but saud she could not help me with payment that i would have to reach out to expedia and that she would also."
