「This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were so incredibly kind, the rooms were extremely clean and well stocked, and the breakfast was amazing. 「Terrible staff, banging on the door at 1AM trying to get in the room with key, had to call police. After filing complaint with hotel management, they promised will investigate and never get back to me after multiple email inquiries. Terrible horrible experience for a business woman traveling alone.」

「We booked this hotel because it had stellar reviews and we were not disappointed. The staff was welcoming, warm, fun and helpful. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast selections were excellent. Our room was very comfortable. The location is perfect for access to downtown events. 「We reserved a suite, as there were 3 adults. Entered our room & it was only a queen bed. Went downstairs & lady said they must have overbooked & gave your room to someone else. I said well that's unacceptable. I booked this room last month. Took over a 1/2 hr. for her to fix it. Not sure how she did that when she said they were fully sold out. It was just extra stress that I didn't need 8:30 at night.」
