「Clean room」

「Everything was perfect!」

「Did not clean room and did not notify us about scheduling requirements. Pool maintenance was very bad—pool was close.」

The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable. Seems like if you are in the hospitality business, you should be hospitable. The security guard was super friendly and helpful, though and made sure that I was able to park...

「Remodeling going on in various areas. A lot of dust in lobby around the construction. Rooms phone was not hooked up just sitting on the table. Went to the desk to get more towels, when asking about the phone she just said yeah some are not hooked up yet. What? Yet you rented the room. Weird.」

「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「Me and my sisters brought my mom here to have fun after having a stroke in April. Staff was very friendly the breakfast was good and the room was very spacious. We used a scooter for my mom and they upgraded the room and she was able to ride her scooter in the room and we still had room to move. I would definitely book here again whenever I come back in town. Great place.」
