「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

Breakfast selections were excellent. Our room was very comfortable. The location is perfect for access to downtown events. We wish the parking lot was free but at least the $10 per night charge was minimal. We would definitely stay there again.」

「I was not informed that the rooftop was closed, which was the primary reason my wife and I came there to enjoy the Labor Day weekend. The closure was completely unreasonable, and I am very unhappy about it. It is frustrating that the opening hours for the rooftop are not included in the hotel details, and instead, they are listed on a separate site. I checked the rooftop website to see the drinks and the food, but I still didn't see it or consider looking for it. I am extremely upset by this...

「Rooms smelled musty or mildew. Tv was not working in our first room so they moved us the 2nd day. No managers or anyone available to help and we were told to wait until following day. 2nd room they moved us in had 2 shampoos and 1 conditioner in shower. They forgot body wash. When I advised they said no staff was available to get us some until next day. We stayed for 3 nights and never received the body wash. Breakfast was just ok but food area was always out of things and you would have to...
