We requested a handicapped accessible room, however, the bathroom was not what we expected. Instead of a walk-in shower, there was a tub with multiple grab bars and a shower seat that could be used to slide over the tub. The toilet seat was loose and I was not able to tighten it. The hallway carpet was dirty. The floor of the elevator was missing tile, dirty floor, and had an odor in it. We opted not to have breakfast at the hotel and also to wait to shower once we got home later that day. The beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

on the first night I didn't like at all the blanket made for the tundra, or living in an igloo. I had to have the a/c as cold as possible to counter the heavy, thick blanket. the next 4 nights I opened the windows and just used the sheet. It seems this chain all use the same coffee, which is undrinkable. The rooms are cleaned every day, can's emptied and bed given a tidy up. Sheets not changed daily. Towels changed daily. Many places to eat within walking distance or others in a mile or two. A theater is a 1 minute walk. One minute to the expressway.
