Hotel was nice a little dated and our couch was stained breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. The best part about the state was the staff. They were so pleasant and helpful with making suggestions of things to do in the area. I would stay here again.

Its clean. Staffs are nice. I dont like the breakfast. There was only one staff cooking for breakfast, we had to wait for a long time and all we had only sausage and eggs. But room no complaints

Not the greatest neighborhood, I would not be walking around after dark. But it's very convenient to Univ. of Cincinnati and all of the amenities that surround a college campus. The room was great. Clean, well-appointed, with all of the usual amenities. The property seems quite new, so the fixtures were modern and well-maintained. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast selection was modest, but more than sufficient. There was a different main meal each day of the stay, which I appreciated.

I had not planned on staying at this hotel. However I was more than happy with the staff. I checked in late night and the hotel reception was quietly efficient with great customer service. As were the women behind the desk as I shared my check-in experience. When checking out the guest service reception thank me for staying with at the hotel and please come back. I travel constantly (6 continents and 25 countries and the United States you typically only receive THE ASK from 4 -5 Star hotels. I will go back when my travels take me back to Cincinnati.

I didn't care for the Hotel at all!! The staff I dealt with were very rude! The area outside the hotel wasn't inviting and seemed a bit sketchy! The room smelled like old cigarettes, and to to it off, they let people know after checking in that Cincinnati water works has to shut the water off from 8a.m. To 12p.m. the following day. They didn't even compensate any monies or offer anything for the inconvenience. I will never stay there again, and I don't recommend anyone do!

The room was excellent. loved how the bed was divided with w half wall way from sitting area. Breakfast was great both days. the lady taking care of it was very attentive and pleasant to talk to.

The room was clean and roomy. The manager and assistant manager were friendly and helpful. We were there 1/24-1/26 during the snow storm and the staff went above and beyond to keep the guests happy.
