「The hotel was beautiful and the staff was friendly. There is a bar and restaurant on site and an outdoor deck/patio. The bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. Water bottles and snacks were in our room, which was a nice surprise. It is in a great location and the close parking garage was a perk! We had some small issues with our door lock, the ceiling fan, and soap dispenser being empty. Overall, we had a nice stay.」

TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「We stayed her to attend Refs/Braves game. They had valet parking which was nice, being downtown. The Staff was the most friendly staff ever, rooms were very clean and nice, gym had the necessities, breakfast was great that was included and so many places to eat and shop on same street! Definitely recommend!」

「We arrived and checked in quickly. They upgraded our room to have a view of Fountain Square which was nice. The room was clean and the mini fridge was cold. That was a good thing because the ice maker was broken on the 12th floor. We didn’t use the workout room but we DID take advantage of the bar and a HUGE shout out to Dan, the bartender! Super cool, super professional, and has great taste in breakfast joints. He recommended Maplewood Cafe and the lemon ricotta pancakes. Freaking delicious...

「Positives: The property is in a good location to walk to Great American Ballpark (it takes about 10 minutes). I liked the valet service. Made it very easy to pull in and unload. The hotel is very nice upon first walking in. Negatives: Upon first walking in the room, it was about 85 degrees on an already super hot day. It took awhile to get the air down to around 72. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices.
