「Don’t normally review, but this place is incredible! From valet, to rooms (modern and quiet), to gym (awesome hotel), to staff, to restaurants (great food, reasonably priced). Incredible! I wanna go to Cincy just to stay here. No joke. 」

「The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience」

「There was a beautiful lady in the coffee shop that was absolutely over the top in customer service. She might be the kindest person that I have ever encountered in all of my travels. Her kindness really made a difference to me and my husband was also blown away. She is perfect!! I can't remember her name but may have been Jasmine but I could pick her beautiful face out in a crowd. Hope to see her when we return. 」
