The hotel is an excellent pick - it is located right by a tram (U-bahn?) stop from which you can go directly to the HbF as well as the Mitsubishi hall. My room was very clean - perfect for one person. The curtain in the window did have a hole in it, but it honestly made no difference to me. The staff was very nice and helpful."
