Was Hostels angeht ein super Deal. Zimmer haben einen modernen Eindruck gemacht, Bad und Toilette war für das 6-Bett Zimmer vorhanden (wenn auch das Bad etwas klein war). Frühstück war verfügbar und so wie ich gesehen habe gut angenommen, wobei ich selber keines hatte. Jedes Bett hatte 2 USB Steckdosen, wobei normale 230v Steckdosen auch verfügbar sind. WLAN hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Check-In und -Out liefen ohne Probleme und ganz unkompliziert ab. Wenn die Bewertung von 1-10 wäre würde ich durchaus 9 Punkte geben.

Misleading description of the offer, claimed shared room (single use), and more expensive than standard one bed in a shared room, which sounds like I can occupy the whole room by myself, irrespective to the original purpose, which sometimes some hostels would offer. Didn't allow paying potential price difference to move to a private room, especially I got sick, ignoring health and safety issues.

Der in der Buchung angegebene Tagespreis von unter 60 Euro wurde aufgrund der Messeveranstaltung K 25 ohne vorherige Benachrichtigung kurzfritig aus satte 229 Euro angehoben, ohne auch nur irgendeine Zusatzleistung anzubieten. Die Zimmer waren für nicht mehr gut als zum Übernachten. Der installierte Fernseher bspw. verfügte lediglich über drei deutsche Regionalprogramme sowie tagesschau 24 und phoenix. Das war's, und noch nicht mal diese Programme konnten störungsfrei empfangen werden. Das optional angebotene Frühstück habe ich mir daher erspart. Einzig die Matratzen und das Personal waren erträglich. Hostel wird im Angebot als Hotel geführt, ist es aber bei Weitem nicht. Alles in allem nicht zu empfehlen.

To call this "Hauptbahnhof " gives the impression, next to the station. It is longer than that. €10-20,- by taxi, but they seem to cheat reg taxi taxes. The "hotel" is a hostel that provides very simple rooms with bathroom. It was ok for one night but I would stay somewhere else next time. I was on a tight budget but € 107,- was a bit expensive with no breakfast.

Very convenient place for my mother who was a disabled. Very nearby to the Dusseldorf Haupbanhof, Alstadt, Konigsalee, Rhine River & Japanese District. It’s all walkable. Thank you so much to all friendly staff.

Meluisa; naapurihuoneesta kuului kuorsaus ja pelkkä puheenääni myös voimakkaasti. Huoneessa haisi pahalta, lattia rakoili ja siivousta ei ollut ellei erikseen pyytänyt. Yhtenä päivänä pyydettiin, mutta siivooja tuli vasta klo 19 illalla joka oli meille huono aika lapsien takia. Hankala etäisyys jos haluaa ratikalla kulkea, metrolla ei pääse, kävellen reilu 1km. Ens kerralla menisin mieluummin U bahn kulkuyhteyksien päähän. Hinta edullinen, mutta en suosittele enkä menisi itse toistakertaa.

My room was located on the 6th floor. The elevator was being repaired, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. The room was very hot and could only be opened on a tilt which meant you only had air coming in from the top of the window (no air conditioning). The bathroom shower was not thoroughly cleaned and had hair and other things stuck to the walls. Overall cleanliness of the room was just ok. The hostel didnt have much of a social vibe.

Worst hotel experience is a&o , not a hotel

The room was small, the place is not as described. The elevator was not working, construction was on going with loud noise, toxic smell of steel welding was smelling from the elevator construction steps from my room that I had to leave the hotels earlier than my departure date. As a 64 old guest, I couldn’t leave my room most days because the elevator was not walking. This was the worst experience of my entire life with a place called a hotel instead of a hostel. The staff were oblivious to my demands, place was full of dust. Here attached is my proof.

The staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpfull, and the lobby was really nice. The hotel in itself was kinda bad. The shower door was broken, the shower itself was also broken, the toilet didn't flush correctly and the elevators were horrendous. Unfortunately the windows were very thin so it was very loud from the busy street even when closed. Also there was a lot of really loud men outside, some of them made weird comments and would make us uncomfortable. Some other peole knocked to our door a few time during the evening and night making us feel unsafe.
