Great value

Stayed here en route from Norway to UK. From check in through to departure everything exceeded my expectations. Friendly check in. Spacious room with en suite and flat screen TV. Great breakfast. Fabulous value.

Excellent budget room. No air movement though. Would have been fine with our large window open but a disrespectful guest was smoking out his window in the room and we were forced to keep ours closed which made the room a bit stuffy.

We have stayed in many places in the world so very seasoned travelers and not to fussed. I had to write a review here - we booked this on a budget overnight as we came in late and needed to go to airport next day. We were concerned it might be hard but everything was easy!! Check in, parking and breakfast was fabulous. For the money, I feel it’s worth it and for us so nice to have an EASY experience as some of our prior hotels in Europe, parking is always a drama, then stadia or arounds to get it our room, etc. so thanks for the great stay!

The stargaze forum is well maintained and the staff was nice, the wifi wouldnt work in our room. Its possible to take the s-bahn train into dusseldorf, but they dont come very often, especially in the late evening and at night.

I would not stay here again if it not was absolutely necessary. Room smelled like smoke, was in a bad neighbourhood (industrial area), no AC, was warmer in the room then outside (30+ all night). It was cheap, but still not worth it If this is your only option, sleep in your car

Good value for money

Out first disappointment was that they didn’t have a bar even though the description says so and there is pictures of one. The employees on our first day did not speak English. However the stay was pleasant and the setup with pin for room key etc is brilliant. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast we bought was very nice and good value for money. The hotel offers a drink per person if you choose to skip cleaning of the room, which we usually do anyway. The text says 24 hour reception which is far from the case. If you have booked in advance it’s not a problem since you get all the info you need in a mail before arrival.
