Mitarbeitende freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das ganze Hotel ist jetzt nicht mehr ganz neu, was man an einigen Ecken schon sieht. In unserem Zimmer war der Abfluss im Waschbecken vollkommen verstopft, was wir erst gegen 23:00 bemerkten. Trotzdem kam ein Kollege der Rezeption noch hoch und schaute es sich an. Uns wurde die Option angeboten das Badezimmer eines unbenutzten Zimmers um die Ecke zu nutzen, jedoch in unserem wohnen zu bleiben, weil das andere „kein schönes Zimmer sei“. Wir haben uns dann arrangiert. Als Entschuldigung bekamen wir die Kosten für parken in der Hoteltiefgarage erlassen.

Das Personal im Hotel war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Batterie vom Zimnercafe wurde sofort gewechselt und alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter waren immer sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war gut, allerdings war der Abstand zwischen Badezimmertür und Toilette sehr eng.
