"Everyone is special at the Strand. Staff takes pride in their work! Although the rooms are small, it is still good value for the area. It’s in a fantastic area to walk the themes and visit Big Ben along with shopping on Oxford! "

"The location is amazing! You can literally walk to all the historic buildings, museums and theaters. "

"Staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is not in great shape. It is clearly an older building and hotel. Bed was not comfy, room did not feel clean, noise insulation was terrible. Would not recommend! Not worth it."

"Acoustics in reception could be better. The distance between me and the person behind the desk was quite distance, coupled with the fact that it was quite echoey and there was background music. I don’t class myself as hard of hearing but was really struggling especially when staff are quietly spoken and have an accent (I’m from Italian background and good with accents). Just something for you to consider (I checked in at 10pm if that helps)"

"We only stayed 2 nights with no breakfast. The hotel is in a lovely location with the Battersea Park right in front, the old power station shopping close by and a food court just around the corner. The spa is included in the price, and it includes a pool, a wet and a dry sauna, and gym. Very comfy beds and clean room. Comfortable."

"A little quaint, but if your just looking for a place to sleep, shower, and store your bags, the it's perfect.. Workers were very nice and non invasive. Short walk to Victoria station. Lots of local food and a few theaters near by."
