The hotel is conveniently located to the train station, the staff were friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Buckingham Palace is a short walk away. The property is slightly dated but very clean. The room was small, I shared a twin room with my son, but we did not have any issues and slept well. The bathroom is clean and the shower did not send water all over the floor. I would stay here again.

The rooms were very small and dated . You could hear the tv and alarm from the next room. We do understand space is valuable in this area and reasonably close to activities; but a little overpriced for what you got. The shower head was small and didn’t work well. The room was very warm. The room was clean and staff/ owner were helpful.

Excellent place, modern but still has the classy European touch that I like in a place when traveling to the UK. The staff and management are top notch and great location we will definitely stay there when we come back to the UK for a visit
