「Room was comfortable. Had a noisy evening from the room next door until 10:30. Miami road is nearby. Busy all the time but I wore earplugs and had no major issues. I like the security locks for the property and room as there was no room safe. Very convenient for a one night stay befor heading to the cruise port nearby」

「Consistent great services across all 4 days of us staying there. Definitely clean and new as described. the rooftop pool was amazing (with warm water when we visited in feb!) gym and laundry was available and we made good use of it too. excellent hotel location with lots of good restaurants around. there’s also supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance Highly recommend!」

「This is the most terrible experience. We wait for front desk staff for almost 2 hours to check in on christmas. We were very tired at that time and had to stay at front desk. It's a horrible disaster. I'll never come here again.」

「Perfect & convenient accommodations for my week stay. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable. My grandkids loved the pool. Good shower, nice towels, bed was comfortable, pillows were thin but tolerable. No hair dryer on site. Check in was easy. Area was safe and close to shopping and lots of great dining options. Great value for the cost. 」

「It was like home away from home. Seriously it was well kept, it had all the things need in the kitchen, it had netflix on both tv's, and most of all check in and out was sooo easy.. We will use them again!」

「Check-in was very smooth once we arrived. The shuttle from the airport however took 90 minutes to get us. Just about ready to grab a cab when he showed up. No explanation or anything. The room was fine but it never did get made up the next morning so we had to go down to the front desk and ask for more cups. The location is convenient and we have always stayed here prior catching a cruise and never had these issues before so hope it's a one of. 」
