「We checked in after 10pm - we were basically there to sleep and eat. They overbooked our room type, and the 6 of us were forced into a room for 4. I called the hotel after the trip and they offered us some compensation for the inconvenience. The ground floor is a parking garage - you have to take an elevator to the second floor to reach the lobby. 「The shower drain was very slow to drain, patched holes left unpainted in the room, and the hot tub was listed as an amenity but was roped off and unable to use. The property was convenient to downtown Asheville and the 2 bedroom suite was a great layout.」
