「We went there excited to use their hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub had been broken for weeks. They had us call Expedia. It took 10 minutes but we were able to cancel our reservation and we were not charged any money. I appreciate the hotel’s flexibility. It did look nice from the lobby and the front desk staff was very nice. 」

「We were only here for one night, but it was nice. At no fault of the hotel, I couldn't give the highest score on the area around the property. That is due to the fact they are still trying to recover from the devastation of Hurricane Helene a year ago, and it will take time for the city and area to completely recover again.
