Fun & funky room, wished there was a mini fridge & the square toliet seat was quite uncomfortable LOVED the Mrs. PacMan game & all the hotel bar options

Location was excellent. Staff was excellent. Loved check in at the bar on main level. Rooms were a little tight but part of the concept. We really enjoyed the upgrade to the mountain view room. Roof top bar was great for sunset cocktail. The only issue we had was our room wasn't serviced. We were out of the room from 8:30 a.m. until 3 pm. Went down to talk to staff at check in bar and they said they were sorry but everyone was gone for the day.

Property itself was wonderful. But we stayed four nights and did not receive housekeeping service the entire time despite asking several times. The hotel is beautiful decorated and free coffee lobby in the morning was a great perk.

The Moxy is in a great location in downtown Asheville. It was difficult to find the parking garage and when we did the sign said full. We didn't know until we checked in that even if it says full that there are spaces for hotel guests. The rooms are small with no fridge or coffee maker. Coffee is available downstairs. The clerks and bartenders were great except for the one on Monday morning when we checked out. She did not speak or tell me I was good to go.

The property has a very cool vibe, is clean, beautifully designed and decorated and the staff was unbelievable, it was a great stay.

Room was good size. Very convenient location in downtown. Good restaurants nearby. Only suggestion is that would be good if all room lights were not on one switch!

Smaller rooms but amazing amenities in the heart of Ashville. Well worth the price to explore the city and rest in a modern building. Roof top bar and live music was the cherry on top!

Would have given this property a 4/5 if it weren’t for the noise until 1am in our room. We were located on the 6th floor - I’m assuming right under the restaurant. There was loud noise until 1am from above us that sounded like moving furniture/jumping/banging. Other smaller issues were the cleanliness of the shared water refill station on the floor and the smell in the hallway on our floor. Our room itself was great. Location is AMAZING - walking distance to everything. The lobby / bar area is great. The view from the rooftop bar is unreal. Will stay again, but request a lower floor option.

This was great place to stay! Well located and a nice 2 story lobby facing the Main Street. Games and activities in the lobby and areas to spread out was great. The rooms are small but very well designed. Only minor complaint is they seemed understaffed in that empty glasses in the lobby area spread across tables stayed there all day! Very minor but worth noting.

Design and room is fun, self parking is complicated, be sure to use luggage lift at split lobby, find and use the garage loading space next to Moxy entrance, counter space is limited, counter lighting should be better
